Help me out please

So the thing is, I missed my period last month and got a faint positive thinking I was pregnant, so I went to the doctors to confirm it and unfortunately it was a negative they even took my blood which didn't show anything so my GP told me one missed period is nothing to worry about. Got my next period as expected, me and my partner had sex 2/3 days before my ovulation and 2 days after. I have been getting mild cramps and ended up with a sore stomach and dirrahea today it just came out of nowhere, feeling nauseous. I was wondering if I could of have conceived? Please don't judge I am just looking for some advice. This is my cycle picture from another app. Please helpp
