Subpoena question..

An incident happened upstairs neighbor where I live and I got sent a subpoena. I called the night before and I never needed to go because he plea bargained or whatever. Now they are calling me almost6 months later asking if I received a second one and I NEVER DID. I told them the neighbors who were the victims moved out months ago and I’m scared for my safety because I still live in the same place and I’m scared of retaliation. I’m so stressed and confused now. Can I get in trouble? I never ever was sent a second subpoena again.
