SOS: Swollen vagina... normal?

Today I was with a guy and he was rubbing me down there. He went on for a while, without any lubricants. On the way home I felt a discomfort with my underwear. I just thought it was out of place. When I went home and went to the bathroom I saw that inner labias were swollen and red. I also couldn’t stop peeing. It took forever and it was hot. Everything was extremely swollen and outside the lips. I tried googling everything and it keeps saying I have cancer... is this normal? Please help. Why is it swollen and should I get it check out?
