Doesanyone else feel like their body isn’t their body anymore?

Hey guys, just wondering, does anyone else feel like their body isn’t the same/no longer feels/looks like your body? I’m struggling with how rapidly my body is changing, and how it feels so odd..

I have no problem in saying that I hate being pregnant, I’ve cried so much. Within a week of my BFP the morning sickness kicked in and ever since then I’ve been so ill, I’ve been in and out of hospital so much and now can’t work. We live in the countryside and my favourite thing to do was taking our dog out on 2 hour walks but now I struggle with a 15 min walk.
Being 22 also means that I’m watching my friends go out every weekend, booking girls holidays and doing loads of stuff I can’t do. I love my daughter with all my heart and It wasn’t an accident that I got pregnant now but it’s still hard!
My partner has barley touched me this pregnancy and there has been so many nights that I have cried thinking he’s looking at other women because I feel so unattractive, he hasn’t and never has before but my pregnant brain thinks he has. 
Can’t wait for pregnancy to be over so I can have my little girl and get back into shape! I don’t feel bad that I feel this way either, it’s completely understandable

I really liked my body when i was pregnant, especially once my bump was bigger. It removed a lot of self consciousness i had about my belly I think. 
I am really struggling after birth though - I'm just surprised by how 'soft' everything is. Plus I was stretch marked to heck in the front of my belly. I am not 100% sure how I feel about my body atm, but I have to keep reminding myself that it did awesome stuff - grew my baby, and through a gruelling labour, and then healed beautifully. It did good.
