Tylenol 3
Well now it broke all the way through and I can see what I’m guessing is a root or a nerve and I can see the gum. My husband is going to call and demand they do something I will be 13 weeks next week but if I wait much longer it could get infected and cause way more serious problems. I’m. Freaking out because they said the Tylenol 3 is way safer then putting me to sleep and stuff. But what the heck 🥺 I would post a picture but I know teeth gross some people out.
So I have been on Tylenol 3 because when I just found out I was pregnant I cracked my tooth in half and it needs to be pulled from grinding my teeth at night. (I guess from the stress). And I also had surgery on my arm because it popped out of socket and tore the ligaments. Well right before I found out I was pregnant (surprise pregnancy) I had a mri on it because I thought I re injured it. Which I did. My first doctor acted like it was fine to take it, she actually sent a letter to my dentist claiming I had to wait till 2nd trimester to get it pulled but I could take Tylenol 3 or some other stronger pain meds until then. Well now I’m freaking out that I shouldn’t have takin it at all and just got it pulled from the get go. (Because I switched obgyn and the book she gave me said I could have dental work in first trimester.) It was so bad I couldn’t eat without taking pain meds then i would have to eat fast because pain would come right back. (Nerve is exposed). I put A temp filling in and it has helped a lot and have limited the Tylenol way down. But I just f eel so bad. With my other baby I didn’t even take regular meds so I’m kinda freaking out.
Anyone else have to take Tylenol 3 in first trimester or other pain meds and baby be ok?
I already know there is going to be horrible comments but please don’t comment unless you have felt the pain on exposed nerve in a tooth or torn ligaments. Or are a medical professional and know about this topic. Thank you.
