Placenta Precreta

I am 18w6d & had my Anatomy scan today to check how my baby girl is growing. I was diagnosed with Placenta Previa & Placenta Precreta. The doctor said They will have to take my baby via c-section way earlier than 39w & I will have to have a hysterectomy & bladder reconstruction surgery all at the same time. Has anyone been through this or know anyone who has. I'm a nervous wreck & Google is No help. I just keep seeing how big the mortality rate for mother & child is with this condition. Please Help!!!🙏
