Is this too light for 4 weeks?

Confirmed HCG was 219 Thursday 2/20. I felt some cramping and pain in my belly last night and my mind went RIGHT to the worst possible scenario. I got again monday for HCG re check. Praying I still have my baby 💔🙏🏽
