Fussy crying baby

So my baby used to be a great sleeper that my husband and I were impressed. Since birth he himself had a schedule. He would wake up at 3 & 6. And just recently he started sleeping now and would only wake up once at 5am. But since Wednesday idk what’s been bothering my poor baby he wakes up 3 times !!! 😭😩 (1:30am, 3:30am, 5:00am) but he starts crying so much. He even turns red and he has little tears come out. I feed him well I even have a journal to help me keep track so I don’t think it’s because he’s hungry, but could be idk. Also I’ve noticed that lately he hasn’t burped after his feedings. I’m a first time mom so I don’t know how this goes yet lol. He’s 7 weeks old, anyone have any suggestions as what it could be? I haven’t slept much these past 3 days and I’m tired!! My husband works so I am home alone with the baby and it’s been a bit rough.
