Any advice and/or recommendations on the best contraception?

Hi ladies... I’m currently going through the horrible decision of what birth control is best for me and I have to admit I’m pretty stressed out about it. I’ve been on the pill for just over a year but I’ve come to the decision that it may not be the best option for me as I have regular bleeding problems and I get angry a lot easier. My doctor doesn’t think that the implant is a very good option for me and I’m unsure wether or not the iud is worth it. Needing advice and/or recommendations on the best contraception.
