Threw up prenatal, do I take another?

Hi so almost immediately after taking my prenatal pill I threw up. They don’t usually make me sick Im just having a rough day today. Should I take another one? Or wait until tomorrow?

I would wait until tomorrow. If you’re already not tolerating it, it’s just going to happen again. There’s days I skip it because I know I’m not going to handle it. Missing a day is no big deal

A good rule of thumb is to only retake medication if you can *see* the pill in the vomit and it appears intact. 
I'm 25 weeks pregnant with hyperemesis gravardium and lemme tell ya, you have to be careful about inadvertently jumping the gun and retaking medication and supplements! My doctor read me the riot act when I told her I'd retaken my prenatal vitamins after vomiting on more than a few occasions. She told me that missing a day here and there is preferable to OD'ing on iron or nonwater soluble vitamins.

My dr says when this happens do not take another one bc some of it may already be in your system and too much of it can be bad!

If it was immediately, I think it's OK to take another. Otherwise, I wouldn't. And it's OK to skip a day if you're not sure. One day isn't harmful. ☺
