Constipation question 🤦🏻♀️
So I’ve been suffering with constipation real bad! I feel the need to 💩 but when I sit on the loo I’m so scared to push🙈 hubby will scream from outside don’t push too hard. But I’m constipated I will need to push. Sorry for the TMI 🤦🏻♀️... anyone else in the same boat?
