After months of extreme nausea and unmanageable fatigue, I finally had the motivation and energy to get 30 minutes of movement today.

I journaled, I meditated, AND I did a half hour of yoga actually. And it felt SO good to feel like ME for the first time in what seems like forever.

I hope to continue to use this energy to create, exercise, listen to my body, to be more productive in my home, and most importantly to be more playful with my 2.5 year old.

I am so grateful today for this energy, this focus, and the peace those things bring me πŸ™πŸ»
