Going insane after early miscarriage. Please help!

Hi ladies! Looking for similar experience or reassurance. I have irregular cycles, and had a miscarriage Jan 27 at just over five weeks. Before that, I've had consistently obvious peak lh tests and a temp rise (day 18 to 25), but now day 28, some highs but no peak, two separate times of ewcm, and no temp rise. Temp actually much lower than usual now for a few days. Will I ever ovulate again?!! Super annoyed. Hoping to try again asap. I'll be 40 in two weeks and was hoping for either a miracle or to know if I can drown my sorrows /celebrate. 🙄

The high yesterday is after a few drinks out and a bad sleep, so disregard.

Lh went high (not peak) then very low, and now highish again yesterday /today. So. Many. Test strips! Lol.
