What do implantation pains feel like?

Currently 7-8 dpo have dull ache mainly on right side but going to middle now?
Would this be implantation pain? Would it be this noticeable - I haven't had any bleeding.. any information is highly appreciated x

I had some AF cramping only on my right side. It ran to my hip and back and then went away. Then after expected af it came back.
