Infertility is Unfair.

I have severe PCOS and my husband has an abnormal sperm morphology. What a cruel game the universe is playing. Having one or the other alone would make conceiving a challenge. Having them both is an obstacle that we may not be able to surpass. My gyn is sending us to a fertility specialist to talk about IVF. I always mentally drew a line at IVF. I kind of struggle with it being unnatural? So I always thought if our last option was IVF, we would start looking into adopting. I just didn’t realize how soon I would hear those words. I’m confused and depressed. 😞
