Sore boobs! Pls help🥺

I always get really sore boobs right after ovulation every month and it’s just getting to a stage where they’re unbelievably sore, this month is so different they’re unexplainable, when I walk they hurt when I move slightly they’re painful, they’re also so heavy and big, my nipple has changed a lot too its like the Areola has spread and more little white spots are forming, so confused I just want this pain to stop every month, could this be a condition?😭
