Doc a tot

So Henry my 3 month old will not sleep in his pack and play he’s been in the rock and play since birth I want to move him out of it cuz he’s starting to become more active and I’m nervous. Well he startles himself awake when in the pack and play and hates being swaddled I was reading about the doc a tots but I’m kinda nervous about that too. Any moms use one do they seem safe? Any advice will help! I just want him out of that rock and play! I wish I never started using it my other two kids slept in my graco glider but it got ruined by mold when we moved due to my basement flooding 😩.
