Best Prenatals??
Hi guys!
My friend recommended these Ritual Prenatals and Iām going to start them in March (hubby and I are TTC starting mid May-early June) and I was wondering if thereās any favorite prenatal you guys suggest?
I know itās important to have Folate vs Folic Acid. Also I keep seeing that Iād need a higher amount of fish oil š¤·š»āāļø
Any suggestions are welcome!
