Help!!!!

I am 14 and I really want to loose weight I told my self if i start to feel comfortable in my body then maybe I can do some things to help me loose a couple of pounds, that ended up not working sadly 😩, I suck my stomach in so ppl will think I’m “thick” I have been doing this since I was 8 (When I was 8 I sucked my stomach in because it just did not look cute when I put a dress on and my stomach would just be there ) sometimes i don’t even notice that I’m sticking my stomach in, I just want to lose stomach fat and arm fat. Every year I tell my self I will work on my body during the summer time but I end up eating all day everyday🥺. How do I control myself? How do I stick to doing exercise and eating healthy!. I’m too lazy to exercise and anything I see I eat! I am very insecure about my boobs because they are saggy, all my friends boobs stay up well but not mine ☹️ I just want to lose it all!!!!!! Please give me some tips!!!!
