Please help!!

In January I took a plan B and got my period on the day I was supposed to start it. I had unprotected sex once again after that once on my fertile days and now all I’ve had nothing but spotting since Friday according to my apps I’m 1-2 days late. Never late unless I’m pregnant but all my pregnancy test are negative... has anyone experienced a normal period after plan b but then it went crazy 😩
