Pain right side of lower abdomen to back

I’m 18+5 and was in so much pain last night from pain on the lower right side of my stomach and it stretched around my side to my back. I couldn’t get comfortable and stretching made it worse... I ended up in tears because it was just so much.

I feel better this morning, but can still feel the pressure and inklings of pain... is this round ligament pain? Something else?

I figured if it was bad again today I’ll call my doc just to be sure everything is okay
