I'm pregnant and need advice 😊

I'm so so excited, I have just found out I'm pregnant with baby#3 we are over the moon!...

I will be around 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant today.

I have been cramping, the cramps are exact like period pains they can be really uncomfortable at times and I'm absolutely terrified that there is something wrong or the cramps mean that I'm losing the baby.

I have had no spotting at all, just really tired sore breasts and vivid dreams along with this horrible worrying cramping..

Has anyone had this before?

I'm booked into see a doctor in 2 weeks time and will be then referred to a midwife my doctor doesnt have any concerns but I do! X
