Losing my mind

Hey ladies...I feel like I'm going crazy...I'm 5w5d today and I had a mc in june2019... today my bloating and constipation went away and I was able to have a BM...but now I don't feel bloated which leaves me feeling like I'm not pregnant..and I just feel like i have a stomach bug...today's my first doctor's appointment but that's not for 5 hours...I cant tell if my back really hurting or if I'm making everything worse in my head...theres no bleeding so that's the only thing I'm holding on to...ugh
