I’m at a lose with tummy time!

We’ve tried everything. From the floor, laying on the floor with her, putting her on our chest while we lay flat, and the boppy. The first time we used the boppy, she didn’t mind it, since then, it’s a HUGE tantrum. & I’m not talking until we pick her up she will scream until she falls sleep 😩 we don’t go out much, so I don’t baby wear a whole lot, but when I do, she almost gets pissed because she wants to push away from me to look at everything. I don’t know what to do! I really don’t want her to be delayed on her skills, but is a minute and a half of tummy time really worth a whole ass tantrum? She will be 11 weeks tomorrow.
