High doppler reading

So I went in for my weekly biophysical ultrasound for my twins and they mentioned that baby b doppler reading was elevated meaning that the placenta might possibly not be functioning correctly I guess is what I understood. Although her growth is perfect and on point. Has anyone had this happen and their baby or baby's be ok? They're going to continue to monitor it but im just concerned.
