Confused?

Okay so I’m on the pill I started in December of 2019 and feb 16 I had sex and he finished in me and My pill packet says I start sometime this week but eve says I have 4 days until my period. I started spotting like brownish blood and it was very little and it kinda stopped after I showered but I still have tiny cramps every once in a while? I never missed a pill I’m just confused. I’m not asking if I’m pregnant I’m just confused lol.
