Does anyone have trouble with their baby keeping their pacifier in? My little girl is one month old and she keeps it in for about 30 seconds then it falls out and she gets so mad.

We started with Avent soothie but switched to Bibs brand to try and give her something that wasn’t so heavy in her mouth.

I used MAM pacifiers for my baby girl. They have a wide tip, so that might stop it from falling out. The best advice I can give, though, is to try to find a pacifier with a similar shaped tip to your nipple, if you breastfeed, or the same brand/kind of tip as the brand of bottle you use. She's more likely to keep it in if she's used to the shape. That may require some trial and error, though. It did for me.
