Only gestational sac and yolk sac

Hi ladies, I had a miscarriage in December 2019 and started bleeding on Dec 17th. That was my first pregnancy, conceived with clomid and ovidrel trigger, after TTC for 2 years. I started miscarrying at around 6 weeks. Doctor asked me to come back for fertility treatments when I get my first period after miscarriage. However, I found out that I was pregnant again in January, and I didn't have a period in between. Therefore, the first day of my miscarriage bleeding was taken as my LMP. That as my LMP, I should be around 10w2d pregnant today.

3 weeks back I had an ultrasound and saw a gestational sac, and doctor said I was about 4 to 5 weeks pregnant and would have ovulated late. I go back today and see a gestational sac and a yolk sac only. No fetal pole or heartbeat.

If according to last ultrasound, I was 4 to 5 weeks then, today I should be about 7 to 8 weeks pregnant. Is it normal for me to not find baby yet...

I'm so worried... 😔😔😔💔

UPDATE:

Had another ultrasound yesterday and saw a tiny fetal pole with no heartbeat. Doctor said there is no progress as there should have been and unfortunately this isn't a viable pregnancy. She asked me either to wait out till I naturally miscarry or to have a D&C. I have decided to wait. This is my 2nd miscarriage if so. I am devastated.
