No libido but XXX dreams

I've been dealing with lack of libido for years now. I found out within the last 5 years it is due to other medical conditions I have. It takes a long time to get me aroused or to the point that I want to be intimate with my partner. However, in the past 6 months, I have been having very sexual dreams. I wake up with no desire to be sexual and go to sleep the same. Does this happen to anyone else? Am I alone in this? 🍆💦💭?
