I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes last Thursday. After not even 4 days of testing my glucose an hour after meals and 1st thing in the morning I'm on insulin every bed times and before breakfast. That's fine now iv got my head around everything! They told me I'd have a scan on Monday, I'll be 33 weeks, my midwife today has booked me an emergency scan due to measuring 3 weeks ahead of age and she's very concerned they didn't scan me Monday just gone as my diabetes has been picked up quite late!

Iv already been told I'll be induced or have a cesarean in week 37 depending on what my numbers are saying at 36 weeks! Regardless of how 'big' baby is measuring! Everything seems to be happening very quickly! Just worried I'll be induced before 37 weeks! I already have a 36 weeker! (he's 9) I was induced with him and ended up having emergency c section due to pre eclampsia!! I'm so worried and feel so out of control!
