Stupid question ( low key funny)

So I had a misscarige and I am also a "horrible person" for wanting a D&C.i didn't do it because my mom ( a vary por life pain in the ass)was in the room But this just hurts so bad and I ain't getting nothing but greef out of it. I wonder if I go to planned parenthood and explain if they could just make the pain end. Like do something literally anything. Is it a good idea to go in or should I just wait it out.
