This mother of mine 😢

I never had an amazing relationship with my mother.. long story short, she cheated on my father constantly, when he wanted divorce he told her he would pay for her car and place to live as long as she didn’t take the kids and she did, then went boyfriend to boyfriend to boyfriend as long as I can remember.. she always used us as pawns.. she would only take us when she was seeing friends and what not.. whatever.. after she threatened to kill herself and blamed it on us (13 and 14 and we had to bakeract her) we distanced ourselves.. I’m the oldest, at 19 I got pregnant and reconnected with her.. she threw a baby shower for me and everything was great.. after I had my son she was with this really creepy dude who would watch my breastfeed and ask me questions.. I was weirded out but not crazy until I found pictures in his camera of JUST ME!!!! It was a family gathering and I wanted to see the pic, sure enough all pics are of just me, some of me breastfeeding... this is already to much so I’ll skip ahead... she wasn’t around much for my son, when I had my daughter I asked if she could be around more and that I needed more help she said “OF COURSE” that’s she was honored and so happy I asked.. the whole time she knew she would be moving to Georgia (I’m in Florida).. her most recent boyfriend was also from Florida and she moved him up there with her after 6 months of dating.. and low and behold, she’s done with him! I mean still with him but done. We talk regularly and honestly it’s exhausting, all she does is complain about him without actually making any changes.. she’s been there about 9 months now. She told me she wanted to visit after a work trip and spend a couple days with me and her grandkids.. I’m like hell yeah!!! I feel so fucking naive!! I feel so hurt, betrayed, disrespected..

tonight she tells me, a week out, that she invited a guy friend of hers to come stay with us.. WHAT????? She said “yeah I told him my daughter is so cool and would love to meet you, she wouldn’t mind at all” I didn’t say anything... I couldn’t.. I would have cursed her out!!!

First of all, it’s not JUST my house. It’s my families house, including my husband and kids!!

Second, I don’t know this dude!!! I’m not letting a rando stay in my home with my children!!!

Third, she was supposed to be visiting us... it’s supposed to be time with us..

oh, and she’s with her boyfriend still soooo she is basically using my house to cheat on him.

I’m not saying anything until she gets here, because I know she will cancel the trip. I’m going to wait until she is here to tell her, dude isn’t allowed in my house and see if she stays or if she leaves and gets a hotel.. my bet is on the latter.
