Possibly pregnant with #2

How soon did you know you were pregnant with baby #2? I have a 14 month old son and havent been on birth control since july 2019 due to no insurance so me and hubby have been careful. Well about 2ish weeks ago when had sex I didnt think anything about it and I was ovulating, we generally use the pill out method (I know its not "birth control" & "wreckless") anyway I also use the spermicide films. I had put one in and for got (it last up to 3 hours) and took a shower and it felt gummy when washed my whoha, again didnt think about it and told him I had put one in and he finished in me that night. I still have 7 days till af is due but I just have a strong feeling that I'm pregnant.
