PLEASE help - I can’t stop getting yeasties idk what I’m doing wrong 😣😓😩

Okay everyone, this is TMI obviously, but I’ve gotten like 3 yeast infections and I have no idea what I’m doing to cause them.

I’m so tired of going to the gyno... I have a boyfriend of almost 6 months and he has no symptoms of a male yeast infection.

My friend who used to have a lot of vaginal health issues said it could be because I’m washing too much down there with soap / taking too many baths. She said since the vagina is self-cleaning you just gotta leave the sister alone or wash her with really gentle soap.

I’ve been making these changes but now I feel another one coming. Like am I just a disgusting human or what the hell??? Pleeeease give me advice, I am so sick of this!
