Canceled IUI

Has anyone have a cancelled IUI and still end up pregnant?

This cycle is our first medicated cycle using letrozole and Ovidrel. We were initially doing timed intercourse, but our RE suggested doing IUI this cycle based on my sonogram on Monday. I triggered at 9:30am on Tuesday, and planned for a noon IUI yesterday, however, we had to cancel because my husband was unable to produce a sample (we just buried his family member this week & he was having anxiety about the IUI). We BD’d very early Monday morning, but not since then. He’s hopeful I could still end up pregnant, but I’m not. I produced 3 follicles, and idk if I actually ovulated.
