Did he lose interest?

This guy I been seeing for months last he asked me out was Valentine’s Day hut i was busy then he asked me the wel after to attend his friends bday at a club but since I was traveling the next day I told him I can’t go clubbing cuz I have to be up early but we should meet up before you eat for the club and he said we’ll see but never made plans ...YESTERDAY he asked “are you busy this week?” I told him I’m free starting Friday and asked what about you and he said “I don’t even know” so I asked “do you wanna do smth if you’re free this week” he said I’ll let you know but you’re free starting Friday just to be sure right?” I said yes BUT he hasn’t asked me to see him yet...why would he ask “are u busy” if he wasn’t going to ask to see me?
