Two doctors told me two different things!!! Help

Hey guys, I was suppose to be a surrogate for this lovely family and when I got to the stage where I got medically screened in a fertility clinic I’ve gotten a vaginal ultrasound and I was told that I have a fibroid so that automatically disqualified me until I get it removed then I can be a surrogate. I made an appointment with my doc and she referred me over to get an ultrasound done last week and the results came back normal and said I don’t have any fibroids. I’m so confused because the day before I was told about the fibroid I was having abdominal pain and now I’ve been spotting between periods.

Here is an ultrasound of what I was given by the fertility clinic and see if anyone could tell me if it is a fibroid or not. My sister said it could be a cyst
