Love/sex

So basically I’ve met a guy at some volunteering thing we were doing , we exchanged numbers on the day before going home. After a couple weeks he’s asked for us to hang out . So we did , went out for breakfast, at first he was nervous but as we spoke things were calm , after breakfast we went for a walk around the park across from the place we ate . As we walked around and talked he was getting closer and closer and finding excuse to touch me and we ended up holding hands which lead to also kissing . Keep in mind this is the first time we’ve hang out. After awhile I had somewhere to be so we said our goodbyes. After that I had texted saying Thankyou for the day it really enjoyed it and he’s just said ‘ no thankYOU I did too . After that it was a normal convo . The problem here is I really don’t know who he really is , in saying this I mean he has no social medias , when he texts me he has a pattern so he would always text after 10 which he replies with paragraphs , but only once or twice . And he wouldnt reply till the very next day around the same time. I feel like he’s hiding that he has a partner and I feel he has another sim card he uses when he’s at home. These are all assumptions but I don’t know what to think. He makes excuses of doing so many volunteer work on weekends which I doubt he really does and also claims to do a lot of things everyday after work ??
