My 1st transfer!!!
So I’ve had 3 retrievals. First one completely failed as we didn’t have any pgs normal embryos. Then we did 2 consecutive retrievals before another pgs and just found out we got 2 back normal!! Yay!
Anyway, my question is, how do I prepare for my transfer? Any supplements to take? I have no idea what I need to do. I will be on Delestrogen, endometrin, and progesterone before my transfer. Anything else I need to do to maximize my chances?
