Harassment from Coworker?

My coworker (who is allergic to an ingredient in my granola bars) recently responded to me choosing to not eat them in front of him to prevent any allergic reaction with the following, verbatim: "The only way I would get sick is if you were planning on kissing me tonight, but you know even if you were planning on kissing me I'd be okay with it.". He is 30, I am about to be 22 and I have never indicated any interest in him at all. What sucks is that I work at a small family business and am one of 6 coworkers total- so, what should I do? I also understand that he has never really felt confident enough to flirt with women and that lately he has been trying to get better, but still. I asked my other male coworker about it and he responded by saying, "If you or (my two female coworkers) said that to me out of nowhere, I'd think it was weird, too."- which I agree WOULD be weird! I guess I'm just upset because he's a friend and someone who've I've had barely any issues with since I started working with him two years ago. I don't know what to do, especially bc of how essential everyone is here as a small business!
