Tiny tiny speck of blood?

I'm after getting tiny specks of blood on my liners for around 2 days this week? Like the specks are small but I can notice them when I'm going to the bathroom? I havent had any serious cramping just normal amount and baby was moving today but not very much, can anyone help as to what it might be? I've never had any bleeding before in pregnancy?? Also my vagina seems kind of sore and its burning a bit?
