Yeast infection

My antibiotics gave me a yeast infection. My doctor gave me one Diflucan pill. I took it the day after I finished my antibiotics(Wednesday) and I don’t have any relief. I’m still itchy. Monistat doesn’t work for me. Or I’d use that. But I’m so uncomfortable and I can’t have sex either. That sucks bc my husband works out of town and he’s in town rn and we can’t do anything because it burns and hurts. Any other tips to get rid of it? Should I call and ask for another prescription? I’ve tried my boric acid suppositories and they help a little bit I still don’t have complete relief. I’m so tired of being uncomfortable. I swear I hate being a woman sometimes. I’m miserable
