Intense migraine

I had my daughter 6 days ago, so I don’t know if that is a cause for it, but I’ve had a super intense migraine since last night. I’ll get rid of it for a few hours then it comes right back.

It’s a horrible pounding in my left temple. The pounding NEVER stops and I can feel the muscles on the left side of my neck tightening and in my jaw as well.

800mg ibuprofen and Motrin aren’t touching it. A burning hot shower helps relieve some pain, but doesn’t take it away. Laying down almost feels like it makes it worse.

I’m so miserable and it’s even worse because I’m staying in the NICU with my daughter so I feel horrible that I can barely help with her care right now and there’s always a lot of noise in the NICU.

Any suggestions!?
