4 weeks pregnant tomorrow
So currently I have period like cramps, Lower back pain, and pressure/swollen feeling outside vagina. I don’t know how to explain it! I don’t know if it’s my vagina or cervix. It’s my first pregnancy and don’t know what to expect. I have no bleeding. Anyone experienced similar symptoms? I feel like I’m on my period with no blood lol
