Fertility problem

Good evening everyone, I need some advice/tips. I’ve been intimate with my partner for 11 months now and we’ve NEVER used any form of protection. We’re somewhat trying cause he ejaculates in me all the time now. Next week will make it a year since we’ve been sexually active without using any protection. In 2018, I went for a check up with my doctor and he told me everything appears to be fine, there’s no sign or symptoms of any fertility issues. Plus we have sex very regularly, my periods usually come on time. But I’ve noticed that I get extremely sick 2 weeks before my period starts there are some months where i get really sick before and during my period and ever since having sex regularly my period lasts about 4-5 days. My period used to last about 6-7 days maximum when I didn’t have sex regularly. Plus my boyfriend and I do smoke. But he smokes the most (a lot) should I go get checked again?
