13 days pp, cyst down below?

I had c section 13 days ago and have been in hosp for 3 days for suspected infection.

Last night I noticed a pea sized lump under the skin on my vulva, it’s a bit tender and hard to touch.

It’s right next to the clitorus, inbetween the outer lip. It’s not an ingrown as no hair grows there. I’ve outlined it in red on the diagram below!

Has anyone experienced similar? No redness, itching or whatever. Although did hurt when I pee but think thats due to not drinking any water lol.

I’ve asked midwifes and they aren’t worried but just wondered if anyone else has had the same
