I met my man when we both worked at the same Chick-fil-A, he worked in the back, I worked in the front. For me, it was love at first sight. We started flirting all the time at work, and then started hanging out outside of work, and I moved in with him after two months. Now it’s been a year and a half, and we’re still going strong!

It was a slow process for me. I thought he was good looking and as we got to know each other, I remember thinking that even if things didn't go anywhere romantically I'd still want him as a friend because he is such a good man and we do have similar interests. I didn't feel sparks for a while, but when I realized that he was the kind of man I'd want my hypothetical daughter or any of my close friends marrying, I decided to continue the relationship and see how things went. It took a while, but I am madly in love with him, and we've been married 2.5 years, have a 1 year old, and look forward to many more years together.
