My son has always slept in his own crib. And has been sleeping through the night since he was 6 months.

But this past week and half he has learned to put himself in the sitting position and refuses to lay down. He just sits back up.

Even if I do get him to fall asleep, he wakes up like 30 minutes later and just sits up and cries. He won't lay back down and go to sleep. It sometimes takes me and hour or longer to get him back to sleep.

I just don't know what I can do to get him to put himself back to sleep anymore.

Has anyone had this problem?
