Spotting and Cramping 10dp5dt

Hi, I've been cramping pretty much since I started my progesterone injections and then started spotting 8dp5dt (red at first now brown). I had my beta yesterday and hcg is 165. But instead of enjoying the moment I'm stressing about the fact that I'm still cramping and spotting. The clinic said it could be because of the progesterone but they sounded a little doubtful.

Is anyone else (or has anyone else) experiencing this? I've had a MMC, MC, and chemical in the past, so I'm freaking out pretty bad. Our embryo was PGS normal, but I've never had a successful pregnancy.
