I feel like a dumb empty vase:(

Idk. I’m in nursing school and doing well, but on issues regarding history, politics, and literature i’m just not well educated and it’s really embarrassing. my bf asks me questions and i feel so stupid answering them. sometimes i feel like i have a learning disorder or memory issue idk. I feel like i’m an empty vase with no opinions on anything.....i think my looks are pretty good so that’s a positive but i want to be more than that. does anyone have any advice to becoming more well educated?????
